3. Account Registration and Management

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password secure. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify the aci67 support team immediately. aci67 will not be held responsible for any loss occurring in your account due to your own negligence.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If your personal details change (such as your mobile number or payment account), update your profile as soon as possible or inform support via 24/7 live chat. aci67 will not be responsible for payment delays or failures caused by outdated information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at aci67 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All payment accounts must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for your account.

  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be held if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at aci67 will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This means withdrawals can be made after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim the same bonus.
  • VIP bonuses and special promotions are subject to separate terms.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, aci67 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

5.3 VIP Program

The aci67 VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. aci67 reserves the right to change VIP membership benefits and members will be notified if any changes occur.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on aci67 — slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games — are operated in a fair and impartial manner. The game software providers' own rules may also apply. If a technical error occurs in any game, aci67 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. aci67 reserves the right to change these limits at any time under special circumstances.

6.3 Dispute of Results

6.4 Sports Betting

  • Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Attempting to artificially exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).

  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the platform for personal gain.
  • Threatening, harassing, or embarrassing other users.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be immediately closed, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.
